Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak times—such as holidays, new product launches, or restocks—processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
    Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

International

  • We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days, depending on your country and selected shipping method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update after your package leaves our facility.

Shipping Delays

Noirea Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is marked “delivered” but has not been received, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, email us at support@noireabeauty.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot an error and your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
